• We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or wire transfer.
• Full payment for the flight is due prior to departure.
• We reserve the right to cancel your flight if payment is not received in full by the due date.

Flight Requirements

• All passengers must be listed on the flight manifest and provide valid government-issued photo identification at the time of departure.
• Passport and visa information may be required for international flights. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents.
• We reserve the right to deny boarding to any passenger who does not meet all travel requirements.

Changes and Cancellations

• You may be able to change or cancel your flight booking subject to our fees and policies.
• Please refer to our specific change and cancellation policy for details, which will be provided at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to cancel your flight due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or aircraft maintenance. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and rebook your flight on the next available aircraft or provide a full refund.

Luggage and Personal Belongings

• We have limitations on the weight and size of baggage that can be carried on board. Please refer to our baggage allowance policy for details, which will be provided at the time of booking.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage to your luggage or personal belongings during your flight.

Safety and Security

• All passengers are required to comply with safety regulations and instructions provided by the crew.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on board the aircraft.
• We reserve the right to remove any passenger from the flight for disruptive behavior or violation of safety regulations.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or diversions caused by weather, air traffic control, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss of property that occurs during your flight.

Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pearl Lemon Jets, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
